This policy covers ivorymoney.com and the Ivory waitlist, run by [Company legal name] ("Ivory", "we"). The Ivory app is not available yet. Before it launches, we'll update this policy to cover the app, including how account data from your bank connections is handled.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Anything you send us, if you email us.
- Basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to run and protect the site.
We don't ask for bank details, and we don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To hold your place on the waitlist and send your invite.
- To send occasional updates about Ivory. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To reply to you, and to keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and send email, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and email provider ([Email provider]), and only so they can do that work for us. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email while you're on the waitlist or a member. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we need to keep a record by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or leave the waitlist, by emailing sarim@ivorymoney.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Ivory is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect.
